Once your workspace is created, you need to configure it properly for your team and use case. This section covers all aspects of Workspace Settings.
Overview
Wraft lets you manage the structure, data, and user access within your workspace. Whether you're collaborating with a small team or managing large departments, the Workspace Settings panel helps you keep everything organized, secure, and scalable.
From workspace identity to granular role-based permissions, everything can be configured within a few clicks, allowing administrators to maintain consistency and control.

Accessing Workspace Settings
To manage your workspace:
- Go to the Manage section from the left sidebar
- Click on Workspace
You will be taken to a Workspace Settings screen that includes five configuration tabs:
- General - Workspace identity and branding
- Fields - Organizational metadata
- Members - Team member management
- Roles - Custom role definitions
- Permission - Fine-grained access control
Each tab provides powerful options to configure different aspects of your workspace.
